TKShigoto LLC（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供する「Kakeibo Seller」（以下「本サービス」）における情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ご登録時に入力いただいた情報
Amazonセラーデータ（お客様がAmazon公式の認証で許可した範囲のみ、読み取り専用）：財務イベント（売上・手数料・返金・プロモーション）、FBA在庫および保管料、売上・トラフィックレポート、広告の成果データ
お客様が入力する商品原価

当社は、購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号などの個人情報（PII）を取得しません。Amazonのパスワードもお預かりしません。

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、SKU別の利益計算、週次レポートおよび改善提案の作成・送信、サポート対応、本サービスの提供・改善のためにのみ利用します。

3. 第三者への提供

当社はお客様のデータを販売しません。法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく第三者に提供しません。サービス運営に必要な委託先（サーバー、メール配信、決済）には、目的の範囲内でのみ取り扱いを委託します。当社は、お客様のデータを当社自身の販売活動に利用しません。

4. 安全管理

通信はTLSで暗号化し、認証トークンおよびデータは保存時にも暗号化します。アクセスは運営に必要な最小限の担当者に限定します。

5. 保存期間と削除

お客様はいつでも連携を解除できます。連携解除または削除のご依頼から30日以内に、お客様のAmazonデータおよび認証トークンを削除します。

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 1, 2026

This policy describes how TKShigoto LLC ("we") handles information in the Kakeibo Seller service.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email address and details you provide at sign-up.
Amazon seller data, read-only and only within the scope you authorize through Amazon's official OAuth: financial events (sales, fees, refunds, promotions), FBA inventory and storage fees, sales and traffic reports, and advertising performance.
Product costs you enter.

We do not collect buyer personally identifiable information (names, addresses, phone numbers) and never ask for your Amazon password.

2. How we use it

Solely to calculate per-SKU profit, generate and send weekly reports and recommendations, provide support, and operate and improve the service.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Service providers (hosting, email delivery, payments) process data only on our behalf and for these purposes. We do not use your data for our own selling activities.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, including authorization tokens. Access is limited to the minimum personnel required.

5. Retention and deletion

You may disconnect at any time. We delete your Amazon data and tokens within 30 days of disconnection or a deletion request.
