本規約は、TKShigoto LLC（以下「当社」）が提供する「Kakeibo Seller」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスは、お客様が許可したAmazonセラーデータを読み取り、SKU別の利益計算と改善提案を提供します。提案は参考情報であり、実行の判断はお客様ご自身が行うものとします。
先行登録は無料で、料金は発生しません。有料提供の開始時には、改めて料金と条件をご案内し、お客様の同意を得た場合にのみ課金します。
法令違反、他者のアカウントの無断連携、本サービスの不正利用・リバースエンジニアリングを禁止します。
当社は、計算結果の正確性について合理的な努力を払いますが、Amazonから提供されるデータの遅延・誤りや、提案に基づく判断の結果について責任を負いません。
当社は事前に告知のうえ、本サービスの内容を変更または終了できるものとします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
Effective: October 1, 2026
1. Service. Kakeibo Seller, operated by TKShigoto LLC, reads Amazon seller data you authorize and provides per-SKU profit calculations and recommendations. Recommendations are informational; decisions remain yours.
2. Early access. Early-access sign-up is free. Before any paid plan starts we will present pricing and terms and charge only with your consent.
3. Prohibited use. Unlawful use, connecting accounts you are not authorized to connect, abuse or reverse engineering of the service.
4. Disclaimer. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but are not liable for delays or errors in data provided by Amazon or for outcomes of decisions based on recommendations.
5. Changes. We may change or discontinue the service with prior notice.
6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
